Mac Dobbins

Director, Head of Credit

Mac Dobbins is a Director and Head of Credit of Bridge Investment Group’s Net Lease strategy and is responsible for managing credit risk throughout the investment process and portfolio lifecycle. Mac is also responsible for sourcing investments within the financial services channel.

Prior to his current role, Mac was a Principal at a publicly-traded industrial and office REIT where he was responsible for investments and asset management in the Southeast U.S. Mac was also responsible for credit risk modeling and strategic advisory tools. Mac began his career in corporate finance as a credit analyst at a regional bank where he completed over $1 billion of commercial debt transactions, performed due diligence to support M&A activity including a $3.2 billion loan portfolio, and conducted credit analysis for the bank’s municipal bond portfolio. Mac earned a BA in History from the University of Virginia.
