Josh Klein

Joshua Klein is a vice president of investments at Bridge Net Lease, with responsibility for sourcing,
financial modeling, market research, and involvement in all aspects of the acquisition process
targeting long-term, net-leased industrial assets.

Joshua has over 8 years of diversified private equity real estate acquisitions, asset management, and
fund raising experience. Prior to joining Bridge Investment Group, Joshua was a vice president at IP
Capital Partners, LLC, where he was instrumental in the acquisition of over $1 billion of industrial and
office assets, primarily located in the southeast. Joshua received a master of science in real estate
and a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Florida.
